Then is a lot of Capital expediture factors. Irwestors take to consideration most of them. Part of factors doesn t depend on specialisation of firm. lnvestors often take to consideration area with good developed means of communication. Some factors have invidual, subjective capacity. Some of them are noneconomical like: origin of place that he visit and he likes or way of spending his free time. If we classification of the factors we will get a few groups: infrastructure and means of Communications, local market, labour market, industrial environmet, business environment, natural environment condition and atractions.
