Ako môžeme v posledných rokoch sledovať, stále väčšia pozornosť sa venuje firemnej kultúre a jej dopadom na zdravie zamestnancov. Keďže väčšina novodobých firemných kultúr je zameraná predovšetkým na výkon, je potrebné vytvárať také podmienky, aby sa zamestnanci cítili prijímaní a ohodnotení, pretože v opačnom prípade, dochádza nie len k vysokej fluktuácii zamestnancov, ale aj k ich frustrácii, ktorá môže viesť k depresiám a aj k syndrómu vyhorenia, ktorý v posledných rokoch aj vďaka výkonovo-orientovanej firemnej kultúre začína byť často skloňovaným pojmom, ktorý negatívne ovplyvňuje zdravie zamestnancov predovšetkým pôsobiacich na riadiacich pozíciách v organizáciách.

As we can see in recent years, more and more attention is paid to corporate culture and its impact on the health of employees. Since most modern corporate cultures are primarily focused on performance, it is necessary to create such conditions that employees feel accepted and valued, because otherwise, not only high employee turnover occurs, but also their frustration, which can lead to depression and also to the burnout syndrome, which in recent years, thanks to the performance-oriented corporate culture, is beginning to be an often inflected term that negatively affects the health of employees, especially those working in management positions in organizations.
