Takim prawem jest m.in. prawo do minimalnego wynagrodzenia z pracy.

Work in a perfectly competitive model is separated from the human being and reduced to the role of the resource, perceived as equal to capital. In this approach, the work is subject to the valuation of the market mechanism, and utility becomes the only criterion for its assessment. Perceiving work from the point of view of human dignity raises the need for institutional protection of the value of work. The state, which is the guardian of the social and economic order, is obliged to protect basic property rights resulting from work. Such a right is, among others, the right to a minimum wage from work.
