In the thesis the security of the hospitality facilities in Poland was explored. In the first part of the thesis terms of hotel and the essence of hotel management was characterized and the lawful bases of hotels operating was described. Then management of security in accommodation sector and methods of securities were defined. The fire security in hotels were analysed and systems and methods of security was discussed.
