В статье автор проводит комплексный анализ обеспечения государственной безопасности на постсоветском пространстве. В первую очередь анализируются теоретические основы государственной безопасности. Затем проводится сравнительный анализ использования категории «государственная безопасность» в конституциях стран-участниц СНГ. И, наконец, автором оценивается роль СНГ и других международных организаций (ГУАМ, ОДКБ, ШОС) в обеспечении безопасности в регионе. В заключении были выработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию системы обеспечения государственной безопасности стран-участниц СНГ, а также региональной безопасности н постсоветском пространстве.

In the article the author conducts a complex analysis of national security in post-Soviet states. In the first place, the paper analyzes theoretical basis of national security. Then the author makes a comparative analysis of the usage of such category as “state security” that is mentioned in the constitutions of the CIS countries. And finally, the author estimates the role that CIS and other international organizations (GUAM, CSTO, SCO) play in the security in the region. In conclusion some recommendations on improvement of the system of state security in CIS countries and regional security of post-Soviet countries were worked out by the author.
