In the article one of the cross-cutting themes, playing a significant role in the figurativesemantic filling of artistic picture of the North text, is considered. The authoress, Elena Galimova, gives a general characteristics of the Northern text of Russian literature as a regional supertext, describes its distinctive features. The development of the theme of harmonic unity of the natural universe and creations of human hands, unity, perceived, first of all, on an aesthetic level, but with deep universal value, is considered on the material of the poetry and prose of the 19th–21st centuries.
