At the beginning of 2014 the Marshal of the Polish Sejm had promulgated consolidated texts of the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Code of Civil Procedure. The article discusses the quality of those official texts and compares them with the quality of the previously available unofficial consolidated versions. The author points out that the official texts have less errors (both semantic and spelling) and that both texts have been greatly improved and updated comparing to the unofficial versions, although the official texts are still not free of errors.
