Definicja bezrobocia ulega ewolucji. Pojęcie to wiąże się z innymi dyscyplinami naukowymi, współpracuje z nimi i jest nierozerwalną częścią niektórych nauk. Należy też podkreślić, że jego skala zwiększa się wbrew coraz większym zainteresowaniem tematyką jego zwalczania. Zauważyć można, oprócz wielu definicji bezrobocia, także różnorodne definiowanie osoby bezrobotnej. Nie istnieje jedna uniwersalna definicja bezrobotnego, lecz w zależności od instytucji i na jakie potrzeby ją podającą. Dlatego można stwierdzić, że bezrobocie to bardzo poważny problem państwowy, społeczny i indywidualny osób nim dotkniętych. Istnieje zasadnicza różnica pomiędzy byciem bezrobotnym, pozbawionym pracy, od sytuacji, kiedy człowiek zostaje bezrobotnym dobrowolnie, czyli rezygnuje z pracy z zamiarem znalezienia lepszej i bardziej opłacalnej. Celem artykułu jest więc przedstawienie aspektów pracy i bezrobocia posługując się ujęciami różnych dyscyplin naukowych, zwracając szczególną uwagę na różnorodność definicji i podejść w określaniu osoby bezrobotnej.

The definition of unemployment is evolution. This concept relates to other disciplines, working with them and is an integral part of some of the teachings. It should be noted that the scale increases in spite of growing interest in the subject of combat. It can be seen, in addition to many definitions of unemployment, including a variety of defining an unemployed person. There is no universal definition of unemployed, but depending on the institution and what it needs feed. Therefore it can be concluded that unemployment is a very serious problem state, social and individual people affected by it. There is a fundamental difference between being unemployed, deprived of work, from the situation when a person is unemployed voluntarily quits his job or with the intention of finding a better and more profitable. The purpose of this article is therefore to present aspects of the work and unemployment shots using different scientific disciplines, paying particular attention to the diversity of definitions and approaches in determining the unemployed.
