New approaches for the creation of virtual enterprises are considered. New methods are proposed to intellectualize the processes of management. Basic concepts and information tools are suggested in order to realize systems of this class. The future of a virtual enterprise is tightly connected with distributed artificial intellect, knowledge base creation, and new information technologies that allow us to build adaptive models of management. The combination of multi-agent technology and computer networks is the fundamental way to connect virtual enterprises and global production.

Nowe podejścia do tworzenia przedsiębiorstw wirtualnych są rozpatrywane. Także nowe metody są przedstawione do intelektualizacji procesów zarządzania. Podstawowe koncepcje i narzędzia informatyczne są proponowane do realizacji systemów tej klasy. Przyszłość wirtualnych przedsiębiorstw jest ściśle związana z rozproszoną sztuczną inteligencją, tworzeniem baz wiedzy i nowych technologii informatycznych, które dają możliwość opracowania adaptacyjnych modeli zarządzania. Kombinacja technologii multi-agentowej i sieci komputerowych jest podstawową drogą do realizacji wirtualnych przedsiębiorstw i produkcji na globalnych rynkach.
