Virtualization of economic life and technological progress contributes to the creation of several new regulations, a dictionary of specific terms relating connected with the electronic technology. The provision of contracting procedures in electronic trading had been incorporated to the Civil Code. For example, one can indicate the regulations concerning the declaration of will in electronic form, the procedure for conclusion of agreements on-line, place of conclusion contract in the situation, where the tender was submitted in electronic form, a method of incorporating the standard contractual in electronic form. Virtualization of economic life first of all is the progress, development and great potential for the development of world economy, but also the risk of danger connected with the widely implied protection of personal rights involved in it, the risk of danger connected with the technology of electronic devices.
