Presenting architectural content in the work The Tunnel by Magdalena Parys is the purpose of this article. The author analizes the connection beetwen The Tunnel's heores and their surround-ings. Each entity experiences a complicated relationship between themselves and the environ-ment. By capturing the opposition of unity and multiplicity the characters of the novel are able to recognize and get to know themselves.
