When we try to describe self-knowledge through the object-knowledge as the universal model of knowledge, we are immediately entrapped in the paradox that is presented as the reflexive theory of consciousness by Dieter Henrich. The matter is that consciousness is described at the same time as knowledge and the object of knowledge. In order to find the solution of this paradox Hegel’s theory of subjectivity was scrutinized.
