In his article, the author presents what conditions must be met by the optimal organisational model of gardening and beekeeping cooperative. He includes therein: cooperative’s goals, adjustment of the cooperative’s organisational structure to the conditions in its environment, the principle of separation of functions and areas of activity of individual business links of the cooperative, the principle of business activity’s profitability and the principle of full participation of the members in cooperative management.

В статье автор представляет, какие условия должна выполнять оптимальная организационная модель огороднического и пчеловодческого кооператива. К их числу он относит: цели кооператива, приспособление организационной структуры кооператива к условиям его среды, принцип разделения функций и областей деятельности отдельных экономических звеньев кооператива, принцип рентабельности экономической деятельности и принцип полного участия членов-пайщиков в управлении кооперативом.
