The aim of this article was to perform an analysis of the newest publications written by Polish historians concerning the contribution of the Polish Mission serving in the Neutral Nations Supervisory Commission in Korea during the period 1953-1989. Moreover author wanted to discuss source base connected with the mentioned subject, which has been increased recently and now contains many interesting documents. Those materials enable better understanding of certain matters, as well as make it possible to conduct research in areas very little known before, like for example the activity of Polish Military Intelligence in Korea. Author also pointed out certain lacks in Polish books on Polish Mission serving in the Neutral Nations Supervisory Commission in Korea that have been published, which resulted in omitting nearly all foreign sources (mostly from American side) that are widely accessible and can be vital for further research. It seems that Polish share in Nations Supervisory Commission in Korea has not been fully described yet. It was mainly caused by the difficulties with the access to many sources that have been declassified just recently, therefore the Authors of the mentioned works cannot be blamed for that. Situations however looks quite better now, e.g. thanks to files gathered in the Institute of the National Remembrance, that has been facilitated to the author of the article this year.
