The purpose of this study was to identify a list indicators for information and communication technology measurement of health centers. The study was conducted in three stages: first, conducting review articles of the literature to identify different indicators for information technology measurement in health centers; second, the 2 round Delphi process was used with participating eighteen experts in two; third, Analytical Hierarchy Process method was used to give weights each indicator: 17 indicators were identified in the literature review. The Delphi method reduced the list to seven indicators. Analysing health center data had the highest weight (20%) and Existence of registration telephone line 7/24 had the lowest weight (7%). The consistency rate was 9.3% and it shows that the data were appropriate. This model can be used as a template for measuring information technology and communication systems of the healths centers in developing countries.
