Submitting legal professions to specific regulations which limit and formalize this kind of economic activity is an interference in the economic freedom and the freedom to provide services. Such situation can only take place whilst preserving the requirements of Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market (Article 15 para. 6) and the Constitution of the Republic of Poland (Article 22 and 31 para. 2).
