The autors of an article focus on job of scrub nurse that requires the professional, physical and mentally ready personality who respects ethical medical principles. Currently, in terms of mental and physical activity perceived as the most burdensome of these factors: work in a forced pace, time pressure and social interaction more difficult. Job of scrub nurse is also challenging for the long-term concentration, perception, attention, thinking, memory, and technical skill. Unmanaged psychological stress can gradually occur in scrub nurse by page body and mental problems. Solution of the problems is in the power of scrub nurse. Authors made the research connected to physical and mental burden of scrub nurse.
