General rule concerning providing access to confidential information is included in article 3 law from the 22nd of January 1999. The act about the protection of confidential information states that the information can be accessible only to a person who guaranties to keep the information in secret. The subject is allowed to acknowledge only part of the information necessary for the job he does. Thus, a potential person is obliged to undergo administrative procedure in order to determine if he fulfills law act's requirements concerning access to confidential information. The second element of the legal action of protection of confidential information is the training of the person. In addition to this, the subject fulfills security survey and the data included in a given survey are checked later in this procedure. Negative result of the procedure triggers denial concerning access to confidential information
