Elektryczny transport drogowy jako element systemu wsparcia logistycznego - perspektywa rozwoju elektromobilności w Polsce

W artykule przedstawiono istotę transportu w systemie wsparcia logistycznego, wraz z przeglądem literatury odnoszącej się do logistyki, transportu oraz pojazdów elektrycznych. Transport zdefiniowano jako jeden z kluczowych elementów systemu wsparcia logistycznego, a gałąź transportu drogowego podzielono uwzględniając cechy techniczne i motywy użytkowania środków transportu. Na postawie takich kryteriów wyszczególniono trzy grupy transportu drogowego, transport indywidualny, towarowy oraz publiczny. Artykuł w głównej mierze skupia się jednak na możliwości upowszechnienia użytkowania pojazdów napędzanych elektrycznością w Polsce. W artykule przeprowadzono zatem analizę możliwości użytkowania pojazdów elektrycznych we wcześniej wyszczególnionych grupach transportu drogowego, przedstawiając także projekty związane z użytkowaniem tych pojazdów w grupie transportu towarowego oraz publicznego. Na podstawie tak przeprowadzonej analizy zdefiniowano liczne bariery rozwoju elektromobilności w Polsce, z których najtrudniejszymi do przełamania zdaniem autora są: słabo rozwinięta infrastruktura ładowania baterii samochodów elektrycznych, ograniczoność zasięgu pojazdów na pełnej baterii oraz wysokie ceny tych środków transportu w stosunku do pojazdów napędzanych paliwami tradycyjnymi. Zidentyfikowano także liczne zalety użytkowania pojazdów elektrycznych. Do kluczowych zalicza się tu redukcję kosztów transportu związaną z niskimi kosztami eksploatacji i utrzymania pojazdów eklektycznych oraz możliwość ograniczenia kosztów zewnętrznych transportu związanych z redukcją emisji dwutlenku węgla, substancji toksycznych oraz generowanego hałasu.

The aim of the article is to presents the essence of transport in the logistic support system. In the article was presented a literature review referring to logistics, transport and electric vehicles. Transport was defined as one of the key elements of the logistic support system, and the road transport branch was divided taking into account technical features and motives of using means of transport. On the basis of such criteria have been specified three groups of road transport, individual transport, freight transport and public transport. The article focuses, however, mainly on the possibility of popularizing the use of electric vehicles in Poland. Therefore, in the article analyzed possibilities of using electric vehicles in previously specified road transport groups and also presenting projects related to the use of these vehicles in the freight and public transport. On the basis of such analysis have been defined barriers to the development of electromobility in Poland. The most difficult to overcome in the Autor’s opinion are poorly developed battery charging infrastructure for electric cars, limited range of vehicles on full battery and high prices of these vehicles compared to vehicles fueled with traditional fuels. In the article have been also identified advantages of using electric vehicles. The key ones include reduction of transport costs related to low costs of operation and maintenance of electric vehicles as well as the possibility of reducing external costs of transport related to the limitation of carbon dioxide emissions, toxic substances and generated noise.
