New Vice-Presidents of NIK. On 27th November, upon the motion of President of NIK Marian Banaś, Speaker of the Sejm Elżbieta Witek handed nominations for Vice-Presidents of the Supreme Audit Office to Tadeusz Dziuba and Marek Opioła. EUROSAI-AFROSAI Seminar in Lisbon. Almost 160 representatives of the Supreme Audit Institutions of European and African states, as well as Brazil and Timor, gathered in the capital of Portugal to exchange experience in auditing of the preparedness for the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals of the UN Agenda 2030, which had been conducted in their countries. At the seminar, which was held on 21-22 November, Marian Banaś, President of NIK and Marzena Rajczewska, Director of the Department of Strategy represented both NIK and the European Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI). 25th Anniversary of Moldova’s Supreme Audit Institution. The Vice-President of the Supreme Audit Office Małgorzata Motylow participated in the celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova, with which NIK has been closely cooperating for years. As a result, the Supreme Audit Office, together with the SAIs of Turkey and Latvia, will carry out the peer review of the Court of Accounts, planned for the next year
