In the article the problems of under school age children’s health saving and purposeful improvement as well as preschool educators’ aiming at preschool children health-saving competence forming while playing optimally are revealed. It is investigated and found out that effective solution of such problems is possible on condition that infant school educator masters the valeological culture. Using the method of theoretical analysis of the psychological-pedagogical and teaching-methodological sources connected with the investigated problem the author of the article defines the essence of the notions “culture” and “valeological culture”. The research study assured that well-regulated relations of the components such as cognitive, informational, motivational, communicative, prognostic, integrative, mobilizing, diagnostic and declamatory which influence effectively the health-saving competence forming of under school age children by means of playing activity is inherent to the preschool educator’s valeological culture phenomenon. The author proves that high level of preschool children life-saving competence forming during the playing activity depends on mastering by the infant school educator such personal qualities as humanity, strictness, industry, responsibility, care, sensitiveness, sense of public responsibility, adherence to principles, sincerity, love for children, discipline, initiative, kindness, sociability, judiciousness, emotionality, frankness, keenness of observation, persistence, pedagogic tact, pedagogic thinking, interest in the educational work, pedagogic optimism, self-control, pedagogic intuition, self-criticism and self-control, need of self-perfection and pedagogical creative work. Thus, the research carried out ascertained that the preschool educator’s mastering the valeological culture is an important evidence of his professionalism as well as the measure of valeological norms and level of readiness to the creative selflessness adoption with their further application into the teaching practice and may be one of the organizational-pedagogical conditions of under school age children’s health-saving competence forming by means of playing activity. The investigation of such organizational-pedagogical conditions of under school age children’s health-saving competence forming while playing as humanization of the relations between the individuals of the educational process in the “educator – child – family” system needs further studying.
