In the era of the market economy, quality has become one of the basic factors accounting for enterprise’s competitiveness. The turbulent environment has created the need for enterprises to adapt and restructure, both of which are crucial steps to improve systematically and adjust to upcoming changes. The paper looks at the issue of how quality management can improve an enterprise. The author shows that pro-quality measures create opportunities to optimise the management systems in place.
