Monografia poświęcona analizie procesu stawania się nauczycielem na krajowych uczelniach. Zastosowane założenia symbolicznego interakcjonizmu oraz metodologia teorii ugruntowanej do synchronicznego i diachronicznego zobrazowania przebiegu kształtowania tożsamości profesjonalnej, kształtowania biegu kariery czy rozwiązywania napotykanych problemów interakcyjnych.

The monograph devoted to the analysis of the process of becoming a teacher at national universities. The study used symbolic interactionism and methodology of grounded theory for synchronous and diachronic representation of a professional identity formation, gear shaping careers and solving of interactive problem.
