Artykuł jest omówieniem książki Ewy Fogelzang-Adler, badaczki związanej z krakowskim środowiskiem naukowym: „Przez radosne okulary”. Polska Ludowa w listach do „Przyjaciółki” 1948-1956. Część 1: 1948-1952 (Kraków; Tarnów 2018), poświęconej odtworzeniu obrazu codzienności ukazanej przez pryzmat listów nadsyłanych do redakcji najpopularniejszego czasopisma kobiecego w kraju. Zawiera także odniesienia do bezpośredniej poprzedniczki „Przyjaciółki” – przedwojennego dwutygodnika „Moja Przyjaciółka” ze Żnina oraz zarys historii obecności działów korespondencyjnej łączności z czytelniczkami w polskiej prasie kobiecej.

The article is a discussion of the book by Ewa Fogelzang-Adler, a researcher associated with the Cracow scientific community: “Through joyful glasses". People's Poland in letters to "Przyjaciółka" 1948-1956. Part 1: 1948-1952 (Cracow; Tarnów 2018), dedicated to recreating the image of everyday life shown through the prism of letters sent to the editors of the most popular women's magazine in the country. It also contains references to the direct predecessor of "Przyjaciółka" – the pre-war biweekly "Moja Przyjaciółka" from Żnin and an outline of the history of the presence of sections of correspondence sections for the communication with readers in the Polish women's press.

Der Beitrag schildert das Buch von Ewa Fogelzang-Adler, einer Forscherin, die mit dem Krakauer wissenschaftlichen Milieu verbunden ist: „Przez radosne okulary“: Polska Ludowa w listach do „Przyjaciółki“ 1948-1956. Część 1: 1948-1952 [„Durch die rosarote Brille”: Die Volksrepublik Polen in den Briefen an „Die Freundin“ 1948-1956. Teil 1: 1948-1952] (Kraków; Tarnów 2018). Das Buch spiegelt das Alltagsbild durch das Prisma der Briefe an die Redaktion einer im Land sehr populären Frauenzeitschrift wider, knüpft an die direkte Vorgängerin der „Freundin“ an, d. i. die Halbmonatsschrift aus der Vorkriegszeit „Meine Freundin“ aus Żnin, und schildert den geschichtlichen Überblick über die Anwesenheit der Korrespondenzabteilungen in der polnischen Frauenpresse.
