Oskar Żebrowski (born ca.1809, died 1883), Polish philosopher and engineer, generally diveded Europe on two parts: South-Wesern and North-Eastern. In his opinion natural territory of Poland should be bordered by the Baltic Sea, Black Sea and rivers: Oder, Daugava, Dnieper. In his tought Poland was diveded on two parts, which was a result of drainage divides separating drainage basins of Baltic Sea and Balck Sea. By him drainage divides were very important political boundaries.
