Artykuł jest poświęcony analizie popytu na napoje alkoholowe w Polsce. Na podstawie danych rocznych, obejmujących lata 1961–2013, przeprowadzono estymację modelu QUAIDS i w konsekwencji otrzymano oszacowania cenowych i dochodowych elastyczności popytu na wyroby spirytusowe, piwo i wino. Uzyskane wskaźniki wskazują na to, że rozważane rodzaje alkoholu są dobrami normalnymi o popycie nieelastycznym.

"This paper is focused on the analysis of demand for alcoholic beverages in Poland. Based on of annual data, covering the period 1961–2013, QUAIDS model was estimated. The obtained estimates of price and income elasticity of demand for spirits, beer and wine suggest that presented types of alcohol are normal goods with inelastic demand. "
