Celem artykułu jest porównanie zakresu korzystania z usług i zasobów internetowych przez mieszkańców powiatów województwa podkarpackiego. Za pomocą statystyki I Morana sprawdzono, czy występuje autokorelacja przestrzenna wartości trzynastu wskaźników cząstkowych. Typologię powiatów określono na podstawie syntetycznego miernika wyznaczonego metodą TOPSIS. Ponadto w celu dokładniejszego przedstawienia podobieństw i różnic występujących między powiatami zastosowano analizę skupień „cluster ensemble”.

The aim of this paper is to compare the utilization of Internet resources and services by citizens of poviats in the Podkarpackie voivodeship. The Moran's I statistic was used to examine the spatial autocorrelation between values of 13 core indicators at neighbouring poviats. To obtain groups of similar poviats, values of composite measure were calculated according to the TOPSIS method. In addition, cluster analysis „cluster ensemble” was applied to present the similarities and differences between the poviats.
