Artykuł ma na celu odpowiedzenie na pytanie: czy istnieje potrzeba opracowania najbardziej efektywnej w polskich warunkach metodyki oceny ryzyka inwestycyjnego w alternatywne źródła wytwórcze energii elektrycznej, zachowującej praktyczne użyteczności zaproponowanego podejścia. W publikacji punktem wyjściowym jest określenie uwarunkowań opłacalności inwestycji. Zaprezentowano metody oceny i pomiaru ryzyka oraz formę szacowania prawdopodobieństwa jego wystąpienia. Omówione teoretycznie aspekty wykorzystano w przykładowej analizie wariantów inwestycyjnych. W podsumowaniu przedstawiono wnioski stanowiące odpowiedź na postawione pytanie.

Article aims to answer the question; whether there is a need to develop the most effective in the Polish conditions, the risk assessment methodology of investing in alternative sources of electrical energy generation, retains the practical usefulness of the proposed approach. The publication starting point is to determine the conditions of investment profitability. Presented methods of risk assessment and measurement, and the form of estimating the probability of its occurrence. Theoretically discussed aspects of the sample used in the analysis of investment options. In summary presents conclusions in response to the question.
