The present article is a discussion of the changes introduced in the procedure in business matters and an appraisal of its usefulness; it also indicates the consequences of these modifications. The paper does not contain a detailed characteristic of the procedure, and only mentions some general explanations that are necessary here; on the other hand, the object of the discussion is the issue concerning presentation of stricte practical aspects of procedural differences that characterize the procedure in business matters. At the same time the discussion presented in the article has, mostly, the character of exclusively the author’s own views, possibly considering the few views of the literature that are expressed in the papers tackling this issue.
