In his article, the author refers to his article about the right to defend and disciplinary proceedings at the NIK, published in the issue 1/2017 of “Kontrola Państwowa”, related to the judgement of the Supreme Administrative Court, provided after the examination of the appeal against the sentence of the Regional Administrative Court in Warsaw. The case was related to the issues that have also been discussed in this article.
