Artykuł dotyczy wymogów Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego odnośnie sposobu projektowania typów ubezpieczeń („produktów ubezpieczeniowych”) w sposób odpowiadający potrzebom, oczekiwaniom i interesom klientów wchodzących w skład tzw. „grupy docelowej”. W artykule zostały poddane analizie poszczególne kryteria użyteczności projektowanego typu ubezpieczeń dla klientów z „grupy docelowej”, a także braku użyteczności dla klientów z „antygrupy”. Uzupełnieniem rozważań są uwagi dotyczące mocy wiążącej rekomendacji KNF oraz użytego w nich języka.

This article is devoted to the requirements of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) related to the method of insurance type (' insurance product') design in a manner suited to the needs, expectations and interests of the customers constituting the so-called 'target group'. Moreover, the individual criteria of the usefulness of the proposed type of insurance for the target group clients, as well as the lack of general interest for the 'anti-group' customers have been analysed in the text. The considerations have been supplemented by the commentaries about the binding force of the PFSA's recommendations and a language used in them.
