Opisywany projekt to nowatorskie podejście do problemu wejścia młodzieży zagrożonej wykluczeniem społecznym w samodzielność. Celem projektu jest wypracowanie skutecznej metody wczesnej interwencji socjalnej we współpracy trójsektorowej – publicznych i niepublicznych instytucji rynku pracy, instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej oraz przedsiębiorców, a także podniesienie kompetencji społecznych młodzieży ułatwiających znalezienie pierwszej pracy oraz jej utrzymanie. Grupę docelową (odbiorców projektu) stanowią wychowankowie domów dziecka i młodzież zagrożona wykluczeniem społecznym spoza placówek opiekuńczo-wychowawczych w wieku 15–25 lat. Aktualnie zakończono prace nad strategią i modelem wdrażania pomocy. Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje rezultaty osiągnięte przez partnerstwo projektowe na tym etapie pracy.

A project leader – West Pomeranian Regional Development Agency S.A. and its partners: Municipal Family Support Centre in Szczecin, District Labour Office in Police and „SOS for a Family” association in Szczecin, under the agreement with Human Resources Development Centre in Warsaw, carry out the innovative project titled „Adulthood, Independence, Work” from July 2012 till August 2014. The project is being addressed to young people, endangered with a social exclusion and a Human Capital Programme of the European Social Fund finances it. The article presents goals, aims and expected results as well. Special attention was paid to problems and needs (to which this project replies), to a model of the planned support of young people, as well as to importance of partnership cooperation in order to prevent from a social exclusion of a target group. The key offer of this project is to establish professional assistants in the support system. Their role will be to accompany young people, when they begin their careers, so that risk factors and resources will be well balanced, at the time when they become independent.
