The article presents a list of professions with the future, which should arouse interest of Siedlce employers in the years to come. Information on the deficit professions may be useful, in particular, for secondary schools graduates who have to choose the direction of their own education and profession as well as for the education authorities in designating lines of education. The author’s intent was not, however, exclusively to generate such a list (in a short time period, the list of deficit professions becomes outdated) but to present the indicator method as a simple tool that may be used for a systematic surveying demand and supply not only in the Siedlce labour market.

Статья представляет перечень профессий с будущим, которые должны вызывать интерес трудодателей в Седльце в ближайшие годы. Информация о дефицитных профессиях может быть полезной особенно для выпускников гимназий, которые стоят перед выбором направления собственного обучения и профессии, а также просветительных властей в определении направлений образования. Однако замысел автора – не исключительно составление такого списка (перечень дефицитных профессий быстро теряет актуальность), но представление показательного метода как простого инструменты, который может использоваться для систематического исследования спроса и предложения не только на рынке труда в Седльце.
