Autorka poszukuje i przedstawia, jakie cele społeczne i ekonomiczne, a także dążenia legislatora spowodowały wprowadzenie zmian. Tematyka tego artykułu skupia się wokół kodyfikacji i wielu aspektów prawnych dotyczących problemów ekonomicznych. Dzięki przepisom zaprezentowanym w tym artykule możemy zobaczyć, w jakich kierunkach oraz jakie idą zmiany w naszym ustawodawstwie.

This article is based on analysis of the laws established by the Parliament of the Republic of Poland in 2011 and their justifications. The author seeks for and presents what social or economic goals were pursued by the legislator when making changes or creating new laws. The subject matter touched upon in the article focuses on law codifications and many important aspects of Poland`s economy problems. Thanks to the laws presented in the article, we can see in which direction changes in our legislation tend to evolve and what they are like.
