Dotyczy to w szczególności stron w portalu LinkedIn.

Employers in search of employees are using social media to find information about potential candidates with increasing frequency. It is for this reason that candidates must create an image of a reliable potential employee using the best image building practices. At the same time, employers seeking candidates should be familiar with the practices of image creation, including impression management on social media, and apply them in the process of analyzing job candidates. In particular, this applies to sites such as LinkedIn. A goal of this article is to present an outline of these questions using LinkedIn as an example. The article includes a review of topical literature relating to research conducted to date as well as an indication of directions for future research.
