Artykuł prezentuje praktyczne aspekty dochodzenia roszczeń pieniężnych w procesie cywilnym w postępowaniu odrębnym – elektronicznym postępowaniu upominawczym. Autor omawia regulacje procesowe normujące to postępowanie oraz techniczne aspekty składania pism procesowych, w tym przede wszystkim pozwu, za pomocą systemu teleinformatycznego. W opracowaniu zauważa się pewne nieprawidłowości obowiązujących regulacji prawnych, jak również istniejących rozwiązań technicznych, co pozwala Autorowi na sformułowanie postulatów odnośnie zmian w prawie oraz zmian technicznych systemu teleinformatycznego.

The article presents practical aspects of financial claims in separate civil proceedings – electronic proceedings by writ of payment. The author discusses the regulations governing the proceedings and the technical aspects of procedural documents’ submission, primarily including the lawsuit, using ICT system. The study noted some irregularities in legal regulations, as well as existing technical solutions, which allow the author to formulate postulates regarding changes in the law and changes in technical ICT system.
