Artykuł został poświęcony tematyce dochodzenia roszczeń z weksla w postępowaniu nakazowym. Wyjaśniono istotę postępowania nakazowego i dokonano analizy kosztów z nim związanych. Ponadto przedstawiono etapy postępowania nakazowego. Dokonano również analizy procesu postępowania nakazowego na przykładach akt sądowych, które zostały udostępnione przez Sąd Rejonowy w Iławie.

The article focuses on the investigation of the bill claim in the proceedings of writ. It explains the essence of the proceedings of writ and adds the analysis of costs associated with it. In addition, it contains the process of the proceedings of writ based on the analysis of the court records, which were provided by the District Court in Iława. Based on the cases, which are analyzed in this article, it is claimed that writ proceedings are an effective way to carry out an investigation of the bill of exchange or the promissory note claim.
