Audit Findings Published in August and September 2018. In this section we present the audits that the Supreme Audit Office completed in selected areas and that have been published in the form of pronouncements on audit results. In this issue of our bimonthly, we discuss the following audits: maintenance of roads by self-governments; management of regional roads; teachers’ promotion system; realisation of tasks related to rulings by probation officers; use of buildings end equipment owned by naval academies; lease of hospitals; transport of dangerous goods; water supply systems in cities; sea ports; passenger service points; access to gynaecological and obstetric services; protection of air against pollution; bodies responsible for protecting consumers against illegal practices of banks that give loans in foreign currencies; granting of Pole’s Cards (Polish: Karta Polaka)
