The article presents thoughts on the concept of talent management using a company named Neuca as an example. It involves a study whose main purpose was to introduce a talent management program into the company’s strategy together with the notion of talent and its place. The article describes HR processes as well as the beneficiaries and actors of the talent management program. It then moves on to present the effects of actions taken to date in this area as well as further activities planned for the future.

W niniejszym opracowaniu zawarto rozważania dotyczące zarządzania talentami na przykładzie firmy Neuca. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie programu zarządzania talentami i wyjaśnienie pojęcia oraz istoty talentu, a także wskazanie jego miejsca w strategii firmy. W artykule scharakteryzowano procesy HR, adresatów i aktorów programu zarządzania talentami. W dalszej części opracowania zaprezentowano efekty dotychczasowych działań w tym zakresie, a także plany działań na przyszłość.
