The post-modern reality marks its liquidity in various manifestations of life. These changes also affect media communication and its mechanisms. Contemporary genres are looking for a place for themselves in the genological mosaic. When we think about the media genre, we should bear in mind that it functions in a variety of constellations, in which changing contexts — determined by the features of postmodernity and its discourse practices — keep generating new problems.
