The article has studied, analyzed and disclosed the concept of «readiness». So, we’ve defined readiness as a complex personal formation, serving a comprehensive description of a teacher’s professional, reflecting the specificity of educational activities and requirements for the individual, allowing effectively perform a particular type of professional activity. We’ve proceeded from the fact that readiness involves the formation of the necessary relations, attitudes, motivations, skills and personality traits that provide the ability to consciously and conscientiously, with knowledge of the rules and principles to create a psychological climate, emotional mood, interpersonal relationships, which positively influence the development of pupils’ collective and individuality of the pupils. Formation of teachers’readiness to create emotionally supportive environment is spontaneous and not a spontaneous process. It’s a deliberate, systematic activity which success is impossible without identifying «structural links» individual acting performance readiness of teachers to create emotionally supportive environment in the student group. The success of AI formation process involves the specification of content, identification of its structural components, mechanism of operation, identifying key criteria and indicators, the degree of severity which can talk about the level of formation of this complex personality formation, which has a positive effect on the climate of the student’s group, the relationship of its members and their positive emotional mood. The success of teachers in creating an emotionally supportive environment at school depends on its ability to develop their own creativity, ability to self-realization in the student group activities and involvement in the creative process of each member. Training of the teachers should focus on practicing skills, stimulate initiative, activity, independence, responsibility, creativity of the students in the student group, among which are important: an ability to analyze problems of the student’s group and the individual; an ability to design (plan) own activities, the activities of staff and students; an ability to generalize facts; an ability to reflect on their experience through reflection; desire for emotional creative expression; an ability to express their attitude to the subject matter; an ability to navigate quickly to different situations, strange thoughts and assessments, analyze, comparing with their own.
