This article is devoted to theoretical reflection on the situation of students in the university space. Nowadays in multicultural education it seems appropriate to study the needs and expectations of students in the development and support of their potential and to improve the quality of higher education. The author’s interest is focused on the case management method as the technology of the future used in higher education. Organizational chaos overwhelmed the quality management of student services, but also functioning of the higher education system requires modification. Case management is understood here as a method of managing and supporting the student’s potential in a personalized approach and enhancing the quality culture of higher education.
