The opinion refers to the bill amending the act on international agreements, submitted by the President of the Republic of Poland. The bill refers to changing the title of Chapter 7 and introducing new content in Article 22 contained in that chapter. In both cases the aim is to introduce a solution related to the loss of the binding force of an international agreement in the Republic of Poland.
