Organization of production tides under production technological specialization, first of all, is the subject to all co-operation participants clear specialization by the production stages. Further intensification of agriculture on the base of interfarm cooperation requires the development of interfarm connections. The article discloses the question of formation and development of agroindustrial complex production tides as one of base units of interbranch economic relations. The branch model of agroindustrial complex enterprises development is shown. The ways of production tides development are defined and estimated during the period of market reforms. The further development of production tides in agriculture is the improvement of agroindustrial complex integration economic mechanism in the system of interbranch economic relations with other industries of national economy. The creation of agroindustrial corporations and agricultural holdings is the way to the steady agroindustrial production growth.
