This paper is a contribution to the research on the Internet’s economic effect in the wide understanding of it. Its main aim is to systematize the knowledge in the fi eld of impact of Internet using on an economy. It is done by the Internet’s effect spheres assignation and a nature of its results explanation. The research confi rms the Internet’s impact on thoroughly new activity type creation, new range of goods and services launching and essential changes in the way of traditional economy functioning, especially in virtually all its spheres and on each level. As a result, the Internet is a key infrastructure for welfare improvement now.
