PL

W artykule zaprezentowano przekrojowo najważniejsze kierunki rozwoju edukacji za-wodowej w Rosji oraz zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne czynniki wpływające na modernizację kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego (VET) powiązane z rynkiem, odpowiadające wy-maganiom innowacyjnej gospodarki kraju. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono przedstawie-niu niejednolitej oferty szkoleń zawodowych skierowanych do różnych odbiorców, w tym nowo stworzonych instytucji – centrów kwalifikacji mających na celu szybkie dostosowywanie się do zmiennych wymogów rynku pracy, uwarunkowanych przez zmiany w poszczególnych zawodach.
