The paper presents possibilities of justification of different ethical systems. It is suggested that mentioned above systems are always related to cultural tradition. The following questions is also discussed in the article: if it is some fundamental principle that describes the way of creating ethical values. The author suggests that this principle cannot be defined in unambiguous way. In the paper one may also read that ethical systems are components of different rationality theories and hence they describes human's personal identity. The final conclusion is author's statement that personal identity is shaped, to a large extent, by the sense of cultural relativism than the idea of absolutism.
