Nowadays, Polish labor market is facing two main problems: competences and the age of future employees do not meet employers’ requirements. Competencies that are most sought after by employers are classified as soft and social competence. The current system of education, based mainly on formal education does not provide a sufficient basis for their development. It is therefore necessary to create an integrated system of teaching and learning, which should consist of both an element of formal and informal education. Therefore, this will provide necessary competences for people entering the labor market, thereby increasing their competitiveness.
