The aim of an article is to present selected elements of an inventive system illustrated by an example of a hotel company in Warsaw. Inventive and disinventive stimuli applied at work are discussed in the thesis as well as systems of management and relationship between evaluation of motivational method and effectivness of the inventive system and attitudes towards work. Conclusions included in the article are empirical and analysis enclosed are based on quantitative methods (diagnostic survey among selected company's staff) and qualitative methods (interview conducted with staff or analysis of company documents).
