Nowadays, the cluster approach is also applicable in the sphere of services, especially in tourism. Clustering allows the increase of competitiveness of a national or regional tourism product, productivity and profitability of the industry. In addition, clusters stimulate innovativeness and cooperation between the main stakeholders of the industry. The article analyzes the theoretical basis and practical approaches in this area. Additionally, it describes different models of clustering in tourism and tries to propose a conceptual model for clustering in tourism in Armenia taking into account its peculiarities.

W dzisiejszych czasach podejście klastrowe ma również zastosowanie w sferze usług, zwłaszcza w dziedzinie turystyki. Klasteryzacja umożliwia zwiększenie konkurencyjności krajowych lub oraz regionalnych produktów turystycznych i produktywności oraz rentowności przemysłu turystycznego. Ponadto klastry stymulują innowacyjność i współpracę między głównymi zainteresowanymi stronami przemysłu. Artykuł analizuje podstawy teoretyczne i praktyczne podejście w tej dziedzinie. Ponadto w artykule opisano różne modele klasteryzacji w turystyce i zaproponowano model konceptualny klastra turystycznego w Armenii uwzględniający specyfikę tego państwa.
